Sarah’s interest in a career as a therapist ignited many years ago when she was facing her own difficulties and issues. It was through an amazing therapist that she was able to improve by utilizing various techniques.

Her passion for the law, the pursuit of inclusivity and advocating for others made joining the OSRP Advocacy Committee, leading the OSRP/CRPO Committee as Chair, and joining the Government Engagement Working Group (GEWG), a natural fit.In her spare time, Sarah enjoys watching movies, walking in nature, and spending time with her kids.
Time Management: November 9, 2022
Time Management – what is it and why is it important?
Time management is something that we all struggle with, even when we have the best of intentions. This is especially true when we are trying to multi-task family, work, friends and possible schooling, all the while trying to maintain some type of self-care (remember SEUS [Safe and Effective Use of Self]?). With so much going on, it is now more important than ever to use our time wisely.
We are going to cover a lot in this seminar (see inclusions below). I am hoping that by the end of it you will understand the importance of time management, have the tools and techniques you need to make efficient use of your time, become aware of your roadblocks, and know your limits. I look forward to seeing you in November!
