Vision: OSRP’s Mentorship Program helps members build their practice and meet CRPO practice standards throughout their professional lifecycle — from student, to qualifying, to clinical member and supervision (the last is optional).

Key: OSRP’s Mentorship Program seminars are directly linked to CRPO practice standards to help members understand CRPO’s expectations and how to meet and exceed those standards in daily practice.

We have added a 12-seminar component to the Mentorship Program. Each of the 12 seminars is 2.5 hours in length and will be recorded for those who are interested but not able to attend live. Additionally, the seminars will provide participants with a total of 30 CE hours for CRPO’s Quality Assurance Program.

OSRP members can choose to attend all 12 seminars OR pick and choose individual seminars to attend. Those who sign up for the full 12 seminars will be placed into mentorship groups of three to four individuals. These group members will have the opportunity to connect between seminars to ask questions, to give and receive feedback on what they are working on in their practices and to encourage each other!
